We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to ensure that our facility, including office spaces and operational areas, are maintained. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various maintenance tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility.


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, minor electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and troubleshoot issues to avoid downtime.
  • Help maintain the exterior of the building, including basic parking lot upkeep, etc.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance routines, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Assist with facility upgrades and projects, as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy objects when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
