Position Requirements:
- Must be able to perform office duties such as answering/receiving calls, processing job invoices, keeping up with emails, typing job quotes as directed, etc.
- Process and verify weekly timesheets and submit to payroll dept.
- Be one of the initial points of contact to communicate effectively between customers and management to properly quote and schedule jobs.
- Dispatch operators and other employees.
- Communicate proper additional job equipment requirements for other employees to be ready for jobs.
- Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by the manager.
- Work every other Saturday morning 9 am-12noon; on-call if required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Be organized and able to multitask.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a dispatcher.
- Excellent MS Office skills; Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to plan, prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt to change.
- Must be reliable and flexible.
- Full time position with overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, fit for duty, and background check.
